Very disappointed! They close the pool at 7:45. Not sure why they have a jacuzzi and fire pit…who wants to do that during the day. They lock everything down at 8pm like a prison. There is nothing to do in Ramona…and no onsite activities like other timeshares. Very upset with the daily resort fee charge…for hardly anything. Other members were also upset and said they would not be back.

So my review is probably weird. As I walked into the hallway to go to my room I'm hit with a stench of old people home. Like elderly diaper smell. EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE HALL! The room is good. Great amenities with washer and dryer in room. My other issue is one end of our corridor is locked by key card while the other is propped open. Why the difference? The noise from upstairs is almost unbearable. You hear every step from people above you, and even bed movement in the upstairs room. Disappointed the various amenities, including the pool, are closed at 5pm on Sunday. This has great potential for a family getaway, but be prepared for some potential issues. I don't think I would stay here again.

We stayed for 9 days in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms are well appointed, clean and tge bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking, and tge staff was welcoming.

Great experience! WiFi sucked and was difficult and confusing to try and use but everything else was awesome!

At check-in, we had to wait 5 minutes at the front desk until I knocked loudly on the counter and two staff members (one male, one female) came out of the back room. The check-in process was started by a woman, who then took a call in the middle of helping us, and was finished by a man who simply said, "you're all set", without handing over room keys or explaining where our room was. When I said I was checking in, he proceeded to say "oh! you're checking in, checking in..." as if we were just stopping by the front desk to say hello??? I found this whole interaction to be very unprofessional for a timeshare-type resort. Then, when I proceeded to ask if this was where the shuttle for the wedding I was attending later would be picking up, he said, "Oh I think so, not sure." Shouldn't the front desk staff know what wedding parties are staying at their resort or what time said shuttle should be arriving or where it is picking up? Unfortunately, I am disappointed with my brief interaction with the staff. At check-out, a courtesy text was sent at 9 am, saying check-out was at 10 am, and that a late fee would be incurred if checking out late. According to your website, check-out time is 12 pm. Check-out time was not mentioned during check-in when we arrived, nor was it listed on the map with the front desk number listed. Very jarring to receive a text an hour before check-out. The room was nice, and the amenities seemed nice, but we did not have time to explore. Will most likely not be returning in the future, or recommending to others, simply due to the unprofessional nature and lack of customer service training the staff exhibited.

Buen lugar para ir a descansar. Tiene gimnasio, amenidades como futbolito, ping pong, etc. Alberca canchas de tenis basketbol. Las habitaciones con cocina y los aditamentos para utilizarla. Tiene asador, lavadora y secadora. El personal muy amable. Volveria a visitarlo.

Fantástico lugar para descansar en pareja o en familia. Las instalaciones son excelentes, limpias, el personal es atento y servicial en todo momento. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar o calentar tus alimentos, nadie te molesta porque tienen política de no ruido y eso se agradece. Rodeados de naturaleza, la alberca y jacuzzi siempre impecables, así como los baños de la zona. Muy recomendable y por supuesto que nos encantaría volver.
