The accommodation is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with useful appliances. The grounds are kept up and provide tranquil moments on their balconies. The staff is friendly and efficient in providing what is needed. Would definitely return.

The accommodation is nice. The kitchen has many things that are useful. We enjoyed checking out and watching some movies. The grounds are beautiful. The response to getting what we need is quick.

Excellent customer service, great room

The room is very spacious and clean . The staff is great and very helpful. On the concern side, I am very disappointed in the false advertising, stating the property was in San Diego when in fact it is in Ramona…1 hour drive away from San Diego. Also, the resort fee of $27/day is ridiculous considering it only covers internet and parking. A community pool is across the street but no other amenities are available without paying yet another fee of $20/day.

Canceled within 24 hours and got no refund because of a cancellation fee of $128. And the reservation isn’t until the following month. I was told that I need to read the fine print before making reservations. Total rip off. They should also put on their website that you can no longer use the tennis courts or the pickle ball court because it’s not a part of their property and that if you want to use the pool, it’s across the street.
