Address was wrong, exterior was in disrepair, interior was clean and pleasant
Fix the place up, get address right, net said they had a pool, they did not, it was kind of a public pool

Beautiful clean and pleasant place to stay .

I know it is not possible but I wish the check in 4:30 would be at 3:00 pm and checkout at 11:00 Hope my wishes will come true 😊

Everything was good, only thing bad is how its far from the big city and other popular places in San Diego.

Only thing we wished were better were pool hours. We packed so much into our trip that we weren't able to end our days in the pool. Even went to the golf course one of the days but they had closed their pool early also.
But, we loved everything else and will definitely be back again!
Staff were phenomenal and very responsive.

Maybe check on Appliances and A/C in units before guest arrives.
Units were Very clean

It was welcoming and felt like a home away from home.

Teenage bikers troubled us by knocking on the door and making fun of whole situation.

Teenage bikers bothered us by asking if they can use the bathroom and they were making of the whole incident. Two of them posed as security guys and saying they will take care of other kids. I reported the incident by calling 911 however someone from Sheriff’s office came but didn’t knock on my door. They and facility manager are aware of the teenage trouble makers and said they hands are tied and can’t do much because by the time policy come, they take off on their bikes. I am not happy with that argument and something needs to be done. Another tenant was also harassed by those teenagers.
Do something about teenage bikers issue described earlier.
Good facility.

Large, quality suites but no ADA rooms. Parking is inadequate. Location is a bit remote, even for Ramona, and the facilities are severely lacking.
