The entire experience was good. We did run out of shampoo and conditioner but we brought some and never asked for it to be refilled. Only complaint would be there was only place settings for 4 so we had to run the dishwasher when it was only 1/4 full.
The view of the area is beautiful. The room was clean and spacious.

It was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We left a cooking knife and didn’t realize it however, they reached out to us and offered to mail it. We definitely will book there again!

Unfortunately, I was checked-in to an already occupied room and did not realize it until I tried to use the key several hours later at 9pm that evening. I called the emergency phone number and was able to get ahold of someone and waited for them to meet me and check me into a new room, finally entering my room at 10pm that night.
I have been refunded that first night (out of 3 nights) for the inconvenience, which is appreciated. Otherwise, my experiences have been positive in the past reservations/stays.

Have a pool closer to the resort. Having to drive there and then there weren't enough chairs. We tried to use the pool once, wasn't worth the effort.
That there was a park across the street and they had a concert one night and we listened from our balcony. And the condo was quite spacious.
