My Wife and I always love to stay here a few times a year, Anna has always been Awesome!
two things, need to improve our Wi-Fi 8-14mbps just doesn't cut it in todays world, maybe consider Starlink? service is fast and reliable (possibly cheaper than Cox)
Also disappointed we lost access to clubhouse amenities, but we understand times are tough all over.
Sooo peaceful at your resort, we can come and relax and unwind.

I have really been blessed during the time I've stayed here. The staff are so wonderful, but for some unknown reason- I am told I cannot re-new my reservation past May 22nd, but am still receiving direct e-mails from Grand Pacific Resorts telling me to book my next reservation, even since I was informed they wont allow me to. I don't get to move into my new house until June 5th, and desperately need to please book just 12 more days. I work more than full-time and care alone for my 3 small kids, and really need to re-book. Staff won't explain to me why I can't book 12 more days :'-( God please help us. I am most concerned with the implications of how becoming unsheltered homeless for those 12 days until my new home is ready for us to move in, will affect my young children at the end of their school year, particularly for my disabled child. Also, all of our food will go bad without refrigeration... I am gravely sorry for having a babysitter over the first week I began my job. I am also very, very sorry my children have made noise. Please, kindly reconsider just 1 more reservation before I can move into my new home. I will only come to the hotel for us to sleep and wont spend daytime there, please I'm begging you. Will happily remove this post if an accomodation can please be considered. God bless ♡

I am told I cannot re-new my reservation past May 22nd, but I am still receiving e-mails from GPR telling me to book my next reservation. I don't get to move into my new house until June 5th, and need to book 12 more days. I work full time and care for my 3 small kids, and really need to re-book. Allow me to please re-book for 12 more days until I am done needing to stay at the resort, please.
close to my kids' schools and my work. only one with a full kitchen within my budget.
