Most everything was great. Only a couple of concerns: I was confused about where the pool was and the card they gave me didn't work at the pool I tried. I wasn't about where to check in when I arrived and had to ask a man in a golf cart.

Check-in was easy and ladies in office are efficient, helpful and friendly. Our apartment is very nice and extremely clean.
All the folks who work at SDCE are the most dedicated, and wonderful people I have ever met. SDCE is lucky to have them there.
The timeshares however, are very run down and need a lot of work, inside and out. They are falling apart.
In addition, the $27 per day charge is inappropriate as the lease agreement to utilize the advertised amenities has been terminated.
This is not a Gold Crown resort and should be downgraded past Silver.
Fix the entire resort and provide all the amenities you advertised.
The people who work there.

We liked staying at SD Country Estates so much we decided to extend our stay. When I went online to add another night, I received an error code so I was sent back to the first page. I continued to make the reservation, only to discover the date had reverted back to the default date - so I had two reservations for the same day rather than adding an additional day. When I attempted to correct it through the customer service line, I not only was on hold for a very long time, I was told it would need to go to a supervisor to see if it could be fixed, and I would get a call back. After waiting several hours without anyone calling back, I contacted the onsite office (specifically Ana), who said she would get it fixed - and she did! So kudos to Ana. But you need to make a small error like that less of a major undertaking to correct.
