Response to COVID-19
Dear Valued Owners and Guests,
San Diego County public health officials have issued orders to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus disease, or COVID-19. A statewide order issued March 19 expands on parts of the local order. On March 28, the County extended its order so that it remains in effect until further notice.

Owners – If you need to change your use-time reservation, please contact your resort. We will make every effort to accommodate your request within the guidelines of your resort Rules & Regulations.
Rental Reservations – If you have rented a room online through a booking agent, please contact them to cancel. If you have additional questions, please contact the resort.
Exchangers – Please contact your appropriate Exchange Company.
